Shipping Policy

Shipping methods & delivery times

All our UK orders are shipped FREE via Royal Mail tracked delivery service. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Delivery is normally 2 – 4 days,
  • Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather conditions).

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We only deliver within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Returns Policy

30-Day return guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If there is something wrong or you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Opened or used supplements cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations, unless the product is faulty in some way.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at help@adhdrelief.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within business days.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
