Noting 14 days here – but says 30 days in the Returns Policy

Checking this is correct – the warehouse has agreed to fulfil returns in enough time so refunds are processed in 14 days?

Section 6 has this clearly stated as 14 days, not 30 as it says here

Highlighting another mention of 30 days, conflicting with 14 days mentioned in section 6

Section 6 says 14 days, which seems much more realistic and is in line with gov policy

Do they get nothing if they contact us after 7 days?  Seems a bit short?

Formulated for a gradual and long-lasting improvement
