4. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail tracked delivery service and we aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. courier delays, customs, etc.).

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order for a full refund.

Exceptions apply for:

• Sealed goods (e.g., supplements) that have been unsealed after delivery
• Perishable items

To cancel, email us at help@adhdrelief.co.uk quoting your order number.

1. b) Returns Process

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Return the items unopened, in original condition
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

We are not liable for:

• Losses not caused by our breach
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Health issues arising from improper use of supplements
